Tribute To The Troops is pleased to announce the winner of the College Network $10,000 scholarship. Her name is Kristy Cedergren, sister of a fallen hero, Navy Medic David Cedergren. Kristy, a cancer survivor, is determined to follow in her brother's footsteps helping others as a nurse. Congratulations Kristy!
